| 李东垣是金元四大家之一，他创造性的提出了"内伤脾胃，百病由生"的理论，为补土派的代表医家。他取法于阴阳，立足于脾胃，着眼于升降，提出了益气升阳大法，并随证创立了诸多方剂，在临床上广为沿用。李东垣的脾胃学说在当今仍大有裨益。国医大师熊继柏医术精湛，对李东垣学说颇有心得，临床上亦多有发挥。通过列举熊教授运用调中益气汤治疗头晕耳鸣腹泻案、羌活胜湿汤治疗腰背疼痛难以转侧案和升阳益胃汤治疗一身酸痛案，总结熊教授运用李东垣三方的经验，为临床中医治疗提供参考。 |

| Li Dongyuan, one of the four great men of Jin and Yuan dynasties, he creatively proposed the theory of "internal injury to the spleen and stomach, resulting in all diseases", which is the representative physician of tonifying the spleen and stomach. According to the principle of Yin and Yang, based on the spleen and stomach, focusing on rising and falling, he put forward the method of replenishing Qi and rising Yang, and established many prescriptions according to different syndrome, which were widely used in clinic. Li Dongyuan's theory of spleen and stomach is still of great significance today. Professor Xiong Jibo, a master of Chinese medicine, has superb medical skills. He has his own unique views on Li Dongyuan's theory and has expanded it in clinical practice. This paper enumerates the cases in professor Xiong used Tiaozhong Yiqi Decoction to treat dizziness and tinnitus with diarrhea, Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction in the treatment of low back pain and difficult to turn the side, and Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of systemic pain, sums up professor Xiong's experience in using three prescriptions of Li Dongyuan, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. |
