| 历代医家对中风病机认识不一。招远祺教授认为湿、痰、瘀、毒在中风发生发展过程中占有重要地位，为中风的关键病邪，外邪、饮食、情志等均可导致湿、痰、瘀、毒的形成，临床上分别采用补脾健脾以祛湿，治脾理气以化痰，理气活血以祛瘀，开窍醒神以解毒治疗。 |

| Physicians of the past dynasties had different understandings of the pathogenesis of stroke. Professor Zhao Yuanqi believes that dampness, phlegm, stasis and toxin play important roles in the occurrence and development of stroke, which are the key pathogenic factors of stroke. External evils, diet and emotions can lead to the formation of dampness, phlegm, stasis and toxin. In clinical practice, the methods of invigorating spleen to remove dampness, regulating spleen Qi to remove phlegm, regulating Qi and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and opening orifices to awaken the mind to detoxify are used to treat stroke. |
