| 参黄洗液联合盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察参黄洗液联合盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法 将60例符合纳入标准的慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组，观察组与对照组各30例。观察组采用盐酸氯环利嗪片口服与参黄洗液外涂，对照组采用盐酸氯环利嗪片口服与川百止痒洗剂外涂，两组均治疗3周。观察皮损面积、瘙痒程度、皮损形态及计算临床症状积分，治疗3周后判定近期疗效，随访6个月后判定远期疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后临床症状积分均有降低（P<0.01），观察组总有效率为90.00%，对照组为76.67%，观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组与对照组随访半年后，总有效率分别为80.00%、66.67%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 盐酸氯环利嗪口服联合参黄洗液外涂治疗慢性湿疹疗效确切，既能清热凉血润肤，又能滋阴除湿止痒，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenhuang Lotion combined with chlorcyclazine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 60 patients with chronic eczema who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group and control group. 30 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given chlorcyclazine hydrochloride tablets orally and externally coated with Shenhuang Lotion, and patients in the control group were given chlorcyclazine hydrochloride tablets orally and externally coated with Chuanbai Zhiyang Lotion. Both groups were treated for 3 weeks. Rash area, pruritus degree, rash shape and the clinical symptom score were observed. The two groups of patients were treated for 3 weeks to determine the short-term curative effect, and 6 months of follow-up to determine the long-term effect. Results The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were reduced after treatment (P<0.01), the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, and the control group was 76.67%, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05); the observation group and the control group were followed up 6 months, the total effective rates were 80.00% and 66.67% respectively, and the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The oral administration of chlorcyclazine hydrochloride tablets combined with the external application of Shenhuang Lotion has a positive effect in the treatment of chronic eczema. It can not only clear heat, cool blood and moisten skin, but also nourish Yin, remove dampness and stop itching, which is worthy of clinical application. |
