| 肿瘤已经成为了可控的慢性疾病。朴炳奎教授提出肿瘤康复思想，即患者因肿瘤导致的功能障碍或心理障碍，可通过中医治疗恢复患者身体机能，缓解不适症状，控制并发症，从而提高患者生存质量。肿瘤康复思想注重病证结合、调理脾胃、分期治疗、抗癌与康复相结合。肿瘤术前，强调标本同治；放化疗期间，强调增效减毒；肿瘤术后、化疗后、放疗后，强调防治肿瘤复发与转移；肿瘤中晚期，重在温阳。肿瘤康复为肿瘤的临床诊治提供新的治疗思路与方法。 |

| Cancer has become a chronic disease that can be controlled. Professor Piao Bingkui put forward the concept of tumor rehabilitation. Patients with dysfunction or psychological disorders caused by tumors can recover from bodily functions through Chinese medicine treatment, relieve patients' discomfort and control complications, and improve patients' quality of life. Ideas of tumor rehabilitation focuses on combination of disease and syndrome, regulating spleen and stomach, staged treatment, and the combination of anti-cancer and rehabilitation. Before tumor operation, the treatment of both the treetop and the root should be emphasized; during the period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, emphasis should be put on increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity; prevention and treatment of recurrence and metastasis after operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; in the middle and late stage of tumor, the key is warming Yang. Tumor rehabilitation provides new treatment idea and method for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumor. |
