| 摘要: |
| 新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医疫病范畴。本文基于对晋代以前的古文献如《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《肘后备急方》等的研究，梳理汗、吐、下三法在疫病中的临床运用。其中，对于邪气初犯人体，邪在三阳者，则重在“给邪以出路”，以汗、吐、下因势利导，遵循祛邪为第一要务；但仍需注重“三因制宜”原则，若疫邪直中三阴，当以扶阳为主，同时还需始终顾护脾胃。 |

| Abstract: |
| The corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) belongs to the category of Chinese medicine epidemics. This study is based on the ancient literature before the Jin Dynasty, such as The Medical Classic of the Yellow Emperor, Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Handbook of Preions for Emergency to sort out the clinical application of diaphoresis, emetic and purgative three methods in epidemic diseases. Among them, for the first attack of pathogen on the body, the focus is to "giving a way out for pathogen", to diaphoresis, emetic and purgative according to the situation, and to follow the elimination of pathogen as the first priority. However, it is still necessary to pay attention to the principle of "three factors and adjust measures to circumstances". If the epidemic pathogen is directly in the three Yin, we should mainly support the Yang, and at the same time, we should always take care of the spleen and stomach. |
