| 国医大师刘祖贻认为颤证的发生与肾阳密切相关，阳虚生风，根在肾阳；诸邪阻络，痰瘀为甚，加重病情发展。治以温阳息风，并活血化瘀、益气化痰，且不忘调养预后、顾护脾胃。临床常用淫羊藿、菟丝子、巴戟天甘温助少火，黄芪、党参、白术、葛根、丹参益气活血，鸡内金健脾护胃。 |

| Abstract: |
| Liu Zuyi thinks that the occurrence of the tremor is closely related to the kidney Yang. Yang deficiency generates wind, which is rooted in the kidney Yang; all kinds of pathogens block collateral, phlegm and blood stasis are severe, which can aggravate the development of the disease. Should be treated with warm Yang to quench the wind, and circulation of blood and blood stasis, benefit qi and phlegm, and do not forget to recuperate prognosis, care spleen and stomach. Clinical commonly used Yinyainghuo (Epimedii Folium), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Bajitian (Morindae Officinalis Radix), which sweet and warm, can encourage proper fire, and used Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Dangshen (Codonopsis Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et rhizoma) to invigorate qi and promote blood circulation, and Jineijin (GALLI GIGERII ENDOTHELIUM CORNEUM) strengthen spleen and protect stomach. |
