| 摘要: |
| 目的 运用聚类和因子分析的方法探讨袁肇凯教授治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的用药规律。方法 运用SPSS 21.0进行频数、聚类和因子分析。结果 130份病案中，使用中药106种，其中高频中药20种，频次排名前10的中药依次为白芍、甘草、柴胡、百合、党参、乌药、厚朴、旋覆花、砂仁、白术。聚类分析得出白芍-柴胡-甘草、乌药-厚朴-砂仁-白术-旋覆花-党参-百合、川芎-延胡索-枳壳-黄连-沉香3个聚类方。因子分析得出黄连-沉香-蒲公英-旋覆花-枳壳-郁金、山楂-乌药-百合等4个公因子。结论 袁肇凯教授治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎注重疏肝和胃、理气止痛，兼以清热祛湿、活血化瘀。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To explore the medication rule of Professor YUAN Zhaokai in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis by cluster and factor analysis. Methods Frequency, cluster and factor analysis were performed by statistical software SPSS 21.0. Results In 130 medical cases, 106 kinds of Chinese materia medica were used, 20 of which were high-frequency ones. The top 10 herbs were Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Bupleuri, Bulbus Lilii, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Linderae, Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Flos Inulae, Fructus Amomi Villosi, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. Cluster analysis obtained 3 cluster formulas of Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Bupleuri-Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Linderae-Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis-Fructus Amomi Villosi-Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-Flos Inulae-Radix Codonopsis-Bulbus Lilii, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong-Rhizoma Corydalis-Fructus Aurantii-Rhizoma Coptidis-Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum.. Factor analysis showed that there were 4 common factors of Rhizoma Coptidis-Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum-Herba Taraxaci-Flos Inulae-Fructus Aurantii-Radix Curcumae, Fructus Crataegi-Radix Linderae-Bulbus Lilii. Conclusion Professor YUAN Zhaokai paid attention to soothing the liver and harmonizing the stomach, regulating Qi and relieving pain, and clearing away heat and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis. |
