摘要: |
目的 分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称“新冠肺炎”)疫情下实习护生的感知应激现状及其对职业认同感的影响。方法 采用一般资料问卷、感知应激量表、职业认同感量表对北京、上海、重庆、广州、深圳、西安、长沙7个地区18所医院的533名实习护生进行网络不记名自填问卷调查。对问卷结果进行统计分析、相关性分析及回归分析。结果 实习护生感知应激总分为(44.96±14.52)分,职业认同感总分为(38.43±6.49)分,感知应激总分与职业认同感总分呈负相关(r=-0.506,P=0.000);回归分析结果显示,学历、是否接受新冠肺炎知识培训、教师和护理人员的应激、同伴和日常生活的应激、临床环境的应激是实习护生职业认同感的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论 新冠肺炎疫情期间实习护生存在感知应激,应加强实习护生新冠肺炎相关知识培训和心理干预指导,帮助其应对压力,提高职业认同感。 |

Current Situation of Nursing Interns' Perception of Stress and Its Impact on Professional Identity During COVID-19 |

Abstract: |
Objective To analyze the current situation of the perceived stress of nursing interns during COVID-19 and the impact on their professional identity. Methods The general data questionnaire, perceived stress scale, and professional identification scale were used to conduct an online anonymous questionnaire survey for 533 nursing interns from 18 hospitals in 7 areas of Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xi’an, and Changsha. Statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis on the results of the questionnaire were performed. Results The total score of perceived stress of the nursing interns was (44.96±14.52), and the total score of professional identification was (38.43±6.49). The total score of perceived stress was negatively correlated with the total score of professional identification (r=-0.506, P=0.000). Regression analysis showed that educational levels, training on knowledge of COVID-19, stress from teachers and nursing staff, stress from peers and daily life, and stress from clinical environment were the influential factors of professional identification of nursing interns (P<0.01). Conclusion During COVID-19, the nursing interns survived the perceived stress, and the nursing interns should be trained in the knowledge and psychological intervention of COVID-19 to help them cope with stress and improve their professional identification. |
