黄政德教授基于祛瘀生新理论治疗胸痹心痛经验

摘要:
    胸痹心痛是临床常见病,全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师黄政德教授秉承张仲景“阳微阴弦”病机,认为临证中心脉痹阻是关键,多因血脉凝滞,涩而不行,治疗上重视使用祛瘀生新之法,常用加味丹参饮化裁,疗效显著。

Experience of Professor HUANG Zhengde in the Treatment of Chest Stuffiness and Pains Based on the Theory of Relieving Congestion to Promote Blood Circulation

Abstract:
    Chest stuffiness and pains (CSP) is a common clinical symptom. Professor HUANG Zhengde, the instructor for the succession of academic experience of national experienced Chinese medicine experts, believes ZHANG Zhongjing's pathogenesis of "insufficiency of Yang and endogenous excess of Yin". It was thought that the key pathogenesis is the blockage of heart meridian in clinical practice, most of which was due to congestion of blood meridians and not movement. Therefore, in the treatment approach, he put highly attention on the principle of "relieving congestion to promote blood circulation" for the treatment. He frequently used modified Danshen Decoction, which achieved significant efficacy.
