| 摘要: |
| 新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)归属于中医学“疫病”范畴。曾普华教授认为重型新冠肺炎的主要病机为疫毒闭肺、湿困中焦、痰湿内蕴，肺脾同病，宜从肺脾论治，治以宣肺、祛湿、排毒、健脾、益气。临床治疗期予麻杏苡甘汤、射干麻黄汤、达原饮合四君子汤加减，以宣肺排毒、健脾祛湿、泻肺平喘、止咳化痰、开达膜原；恢复期予六君子汤合沙参麦冬汤加减，以补肺健脾、益气养阴。提高了重型新冠肺炎患者救治成功率。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) belongs to the category of "pestilence" of Chinese medicine. Professor ZENG Puhua believes that the main pathogenesis of severe COVID-2019 is epidemic pathogenic factor hindering the lung, dampness retaining in the middle jiao, phlegm-dampness accumulating in interior. Due to lung an spleen comorbidity, it is appropriate to treat by ventilating lung, dispelling dampness, eliminating toxin, and benefiting Qi. During clinical treatment period, Maxing Yigan Decoction, Shegan Mahuang Decoction, Dayuan Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction to ventilate lung and eliminate toxin, invigorate spleen and dispel dampness, purge the lung and calm pant, stop cough and resolve phlegm, open pleuro-diaphragmatic interspace; During recovery period, Liujunzi Decoction and modified Shashen Maidong Decoction were given to tonify the lung and fortify the spleen, replenish Qi and nourish Yin. The treatment improves the successful rate of treating severe COVID-19 patients. |
