| 连蒌护肝汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎氧化应激及炎性因子水平的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察连蒌护肝汤对湿热蕴结型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis，NASH）患者的临床疗效及氧化应激、炎症因子的影响。方法 将100例NASH患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。其中对照组予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊口服治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予连蒌护肝汤口服治疗，两组患者疗程均为12周。分别于治疗前、后检测两组患者血清生化[天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（Aspartate aminotransferase，AST）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（Alanine aminotransferase，ALT）、谷氨酰氨基转肽酶（Glutamyl amino peptidase，GGT）、总胆红素（total bilirubin，TBIL）、总胆固醇（Total Cholesterol，TC）和甘油三脂（Triglyceride，TG）]、氧化应激相关指标[血清丙二醛（Malondialdehyde，MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（Superoxide dismutase，SOD）]和炎症因子[血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）和白介素-6（interleukin 6，IL-6）]的变化，并评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为96.0%，明显优于对照组的78.0%（P<0.01）；治疗组治疗后血清AST、ALT、GGT、TBiL、TG、TC、MDA、TNF-α、IL-6水平与治疗前比较均显著降低（P<0.01），SOD水平显著增高（P<0.01），且治疗组均明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 连蒌护肝汤能显著改善NASH患者肝功能和抗氧化机能，降低血脂水平及炎症水平，临床疗效显著。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lianlou Hugan Decoction on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) patients with damp heat accumulation syndrome and the influence on oxidative stress and inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 100 patients with NASH were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral administration of polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule, and the treatment group was treated with Lianlou Hugan Decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Serum biochemical index[aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), glutamyl amino peptidase (GGT), total bilirubin (TBIL), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG)), oxidative stress-related indexes[malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD)] and inflammatory factors[Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α], interleukin 6 (IL-6)] were measured before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was evaluated after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%, which was significantly better than 78.0% of the control group (P<0.01). Compared with before treatment, the levels of AST, ALT, GGT, TBIL, TG, TC, MDA, TNF-α, IL-6 of the treatment group were significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the levels of SOD were significantly increased after treatment (P<0.01). And the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Lianlou Hugan Decoction can significantly improve the liver function and antioxidant function of NASH patients, reduce the level of blood lipid and inflammation, and has a significant clinical effect. |
