| 目的 表征夏枯草果实石油醚提取物化学成分，评价其抗炎活性。方法 采用气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）对夏枯草果实的化学成分进行分析。建立RAW264.7细胞炎症模型，评价其抗炎效果。结果 共鉴定夏枯草果实石油醚提取物中19个化学成分。抗炎活性发现，夏枯草果实石油醚提取物均具有明显的抗炎效果。结论 夏枯草果实石油醚提取物成分及抗炎活性均具一定差异性。 |

| Objective To characterize the chemical constituents of petroleum ether extract from prunella vulgaris L. fruit, and to evaluate its anti-inflammatory activity. Methods GC-MS was used to detect the chemical constituents of the fruits of prunella vulgaris L. The RAW264.7 cell inflammation model was established, and its anti-inflammatory effect was evaluated. Results A total of 19 chemical compounds were identified from Prunella vulgaris L. The research on anti-inflammatory activity found that the petroleum ether extracts of Prunella vulgaris L. had significant anti-inflammatory effects. Conclusion The costituents and anti-inflammatory activities of the petroleum ether extracts of Prunella vulgaris L. have certain differences. |
