| 摘要: |
| 武汉市爆发新型冠状病毒感染肺炎（novel coronavirus pneumonia， NCP）疫情，传染性强，传播速度快，影响范围广，引起了国内外高度关注。世界卫生组织（world health organization， WHO）宣布将NCP疫情列为国际关注突发公共卫生事件。湖南省开展对 NCP发病原因调研，融汇历代名医防疫学术思想，探究全国预防NCP方药特点，结合湖南省地域特点以及体质因素，提出湖南省预防方案，确定新冠1号（XG-1）和新冠2号（XG-2）两个预防处方，突出"扶正祛邪"，坚持守正创新，预先服用可提高人体的防御能力，是防控疫情重要且有效的一环。 |

| Abstract: |
| The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) outbreak in Wuhan city, which is highly contagious, spreading quickly, and having a wide range of influence, has caused great concern at home and abroad. World Health Organization (WHO) has announced that the NCP epidemic is listed as an international public health emergency of concern. Hunan Province has launched an investigation into the causes of NCP, integrating the academic thoughts of famous doctors in epidemic prevention, exploring the characteristics of TCM prescriptions for preventing NCP in our country, combining the regional characteristics and the constitutional factors of Hunan Province, proposing a Hunan Province prevention plan, determining 2 preventive prescriptions of the novel coronavirus No.1 (XG-1) and the novel coronavirus No.2 (XG-2), highlighting "strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens", and adhering to the principle that we should uphold innovation, taking in advance can improve the defense ability of the human body, which is an important and effective part of epidemic prevention and control. |
