| 介绍全国老中医药专家陈纪藩治疗痛风性关节炎的临床经验。陈纪藩教授认为痛风性关节炎脾阳亏虚为基本原因、湿浊内蕴为重要原因、外感病邪为诱因，指出该病治疗大法为温阳泄浊、活血通络。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper introduced the clinical experience of the national old traditional Chinese medicine experts CHEN Jifan in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Professor CHEN Jizhen believes that the spleen-Yang deficiency of gouty arthritis is the basic cause. Internal accumulation of dampness turbidity is the important cause. The exogenous pathogen is the inducement of the disease. It was pointed out that the treatment of the disease is warming Yang and purging turbidity, activating blood circulation and unblocking the collaterals. |
