| 摘要: |
| 真头痛与颅内高压、脑血管病变、脑肿瘤、颅内感染等颅内病变相关。例举脑动脉狭窄突发心跳呼吸聚停、脑动脉瘤并蛛网膜下隙出血、高血压脑病、化脓性脑干脑炎等4个医案，探讨真头痛的疾病分类及鉴别诊断，应用真头痛理论辨治神经重症，以期突破中医药临床短板，为中西医结合重症医学积累理论与经验。 |

| Abstract: |
| True headache is associated with intracranial lesions such as intracranial hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, brain tumors, and intracranial infection. This paper exemplified 4 cases of cerebral artery stenosis, sudden heartbeat respiratory arrest, cerebral aneurysm and subarachnoid hemorrhage, hypertensive encephalopathy, and purulent brainstem encephalitis to explore the classification and differential diagnosis of true headache. True headache theory was applied to distinguish and treat severe neurosis, in order to break through the shortcomings of traditional Chinese medicine, and accumulate theory and experience for the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in critical medicine. |
