| 摘要: |
| 全国名中医杨震认为肝气郁结是郁病发生的根本病机；痰热瘀阻是郁病缠绵难愈的根本原因，亦是治疗郁病的难点；邪郁化热，耗伤肾阴，心肾不交是郁病的发展趋势。治疗上主张初期以疏肝解郁为主，后期因痰、瘀、阴虚侧重不同，而以芳香化浊、活血化瘀或滋阴清热为主，还可兼而有之，同时注重身心同治以提高临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: |
| National famous TCM doctor, Professor YANG Zhen believes that liver Qi stagnation is the fundamental pathogenesis of depression disease. Phlegm-heat and stasis blockade is the root cause of lingering and refractory depression disease, which is also the difficulty in treating depression disease. The development trend of depression disease is pathogen stagnation transforming into heat, consuming kidney Yin and disharmony between heart and kidney. In the principle of treatment, it is advocated that soothing liver and relieving depression should be the main method in the early stage. In the later stage, eliminating turbid pathogen with aromatics, activating blood and resolving stasis or nourishing Yin and clearing heat are the main therapies, due to different emphasis of phlegm, stasis and Yin deficiency. The combination of different therapies is also recommended. Meanwhile, attention should be paid to the treatment of both body and mind in order to improve clinical efficacy. |
