| 摘要: |
| 目的 了解中医院校教职工对医养结合养老模式的认可程度和需求，探索促进医养结合养老模式发展的途径。方法 对湖南省某中医药大学及附属医院教职工进行问卷调查。结果 共收回有效问卷340份，在选择养老院时，被调查对象偏重于选择社区卫生服务中心内设养老机构，了解医养结合的途径主要是网络与电视，对医养结合的养老模式比较认可，但是存在认知度不高、对收费标准不满意等问题。结论 医养结合机构需要加强宣传力度；政府发挥宏观调控职能；调动社会力量积极性、增加医养结合供给；医养结合机构提高医疗和养老服务的能力和水平；加强专业人才队伍建设，发挥中医药在养老服务中的作用。 |

| Investigation and Reflection on the Cognitive Situation of Pension Mode of Medical Care and Old-age Care Combination in Faculty and Staff of Traditional Chinese Medicine University |

| Objective To understand the degree of recognition and demand in faculty and staff of a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) university on the pension mode of medical care and old-age care combination, and to explore ways to promote the development of the pension mode of medical care and old-age care combination. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among faculty and staff of a TCM university and its affiliated hospital in Hunan Province. Results A total of 340 valid questionnaires were retrieved. When choosing a nursing home, the respondents tended to choose a community health care center-based one. They understood the combination of medical care and old-age care mainly through network and TV. The faculty and staff in the TCM university relatively recognized the pension mode of medical care and old-age care combination, but there were problems such as low degree of cognition and dissatisfaction with the charging standards. Conclusion Organizations of medical care and old-age care combination need to strengthen their publicity, and the government should play the role of macro-control. The enthusiasm of social forces should be mobilized, and the supply of medical care and old-age care combination needs to be increased. The service ability and level of medical care and old-age care need to be improved in the organizations of medical care and old-age care combination. Strengthen the construction of professional talent teams, and exert the role of TCM in the old-age care services. |
