| Researcher ZHU Kejian proposed that the main etiology and pathogenesis of phlegm arthralgia is phlegm obstruction in collaterals. Removing phlegm and resolving blood stasis method is the main therapeutic principle of treating phlegm arthralgia. According to the concept of "definite prescription for definite diseases, combination of diseases and syndromes, and combination of syndromes and symptoms", the selection of prescription medicine is guided. The efficacy of Zhitong Jiangu Decoction is remarkable. |
