4Gy60Co γ射线对Balb/c小鼠睾丸辐射损伤效应的研究 |

摘要: |
目的 探讨4 Gy60Co γ射线对Balb/c小鼠睾丸的辐射损伤效应。方法 将60只Balb/c小鼠根据体质量按随机数表法分为正常组和辐射组,每组30只。对辐射组小鼠给予4 Gy60Co γ射线一次性全身照射,并分别在照后14、21、35 d取材,检测小鼠睾丸指数,睾丸病理变化,精子浓度、活率、活力、正常形态率、血清激素等指标。结果 与正常组比较,辐射组小鼠睾丸指数在照后14、21、35 d时均显著降低(P<0.001);辐射后14 d时,辐射组小鼠精子浓度、精子活率、活力以及正常精子形态率均无显著性差异,而小鼠血清睾酮显著升高(P<0.05);辐射后21 d时,辐射组小鼠精子浓度、精子活率和精子活力以及正常精子形态百分比均显著降低(P<0.01);照后35 d时,辐射组小鼠精子浓度、精子活率、精子活力以及正常精子形态百分比均显著降低(P<0.001);4 Gy60Co γ射线对小鼠血清黄体激素和促卵泡素的影响不显著(P>0.05)。结论 4 Gy60Co γ射线对Babl/c小鼠睾丸损伤严重。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To study the radiation injury of 4 Gy60Co γ ray on testis of Balb/c mice. Methods A total of 60 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into the normal group and the radiation group according body weight through random number table, with 30 mice in each group. The radiation group was given whole-body exposure to 4 Gy60Co γ ray. On the 14th, 21st, 35th day of exposure, the materials were taken to detect the testicular index, pathological changes of testis, sperm concentration, sperm motility, sperm activity, normal sperm forms, serum hormone and other indicators. Results Compared with the normal group, the testicular index of irradiated-mice decreased significantly on 14th day, 21th day and 35th day (P<0.001); There was no significant difference in sperm concentration, sperm viability, sperm motility of mice and percentage of normal sperm morphology in the radiation group on 14th day and the normal group, while the level of serum testosterone in mice increased significantly (P<0.05). After 21 days of radiation, the sperm concentration, sperm viability, sperm motility of mice and percentage of normal sperm morphology of the mice in the radiation group decreased significantly (P<0.01). The effect of 4 Gy60Co γ ray on serum LH and FSH was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion 4 Gy60Co γ ray can cause severe damage to the testis of Balb/c mice. |
