摘要: |
目的 研究抑郁情绪在养老护理员社会支持与离职意愿关系中的中介作用。方法 采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、抑郁倾向自评量表(SDS)以及离职意愿量表对长沙市330名养老护理员进行调查。结果 (1)养老护理员社会支持与抑郁情绪呈负相关(r=-0.241,P<0.01),其中客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度与抑郁情绪呈负相关(r=-0.152,r=-0.166,r=-0.277;P<0.01);社会支持与离职意愿呈负相关(r=-0.158,P<0.01),其中主观支持与离职意愿呈负相关(r=-0.148,P<0.01);抑郁与离职意愿呈正相关(r=0.138,P<0.05)。(2)养老护理员社会支持显著负向预测抑郁情绪(t=-4.054,P<0.001);社会支持显著负向预测离职意愿(t=-2.895,P<0.01);抑郁情绪正向预测离职意愿(t=2.523,P<0.05);(3)抑郁情绪在社会支持影响离职意愿的过程中具有中介效应(95%CI为[-0.025 6,-0.000 8])。结论 社会支持能够直接对离职意愿产生影响,且能通过抑郁情绪对离职意愿产生影响,即抑郁情绪在社会支持与离职意愿中具有部分中介效应。 |

Objective To investigate the mediating effect of depression between social support and turnover intention in nursing assistants in nursing institutions for the aged. Methods Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), and Turnover Intention Scale were used to perform an investigation of 330 nursing assistants in Changsha, China. Results In these nursing assistants, social support was negatively correlated with depression (r=-0.241, P<0.01), and objective support, subjective support, and utilization degree of support were negatively correlated with depression (r=-0.152, -0.166, and -0.277, P<0.01). Social support was negatively correlated with turnover intention (r=-0.158, P<0.01); subjective support was negatively correlated with turnover intention (r=-0.148, P<0.01), and depression was positively correlated with turnover intention (r=0.138, P<0.05). Social support could negatively predict depression (t=-4.054, P<0.001) and turnover intention (t=-2.895, P<0.001), and depression could positively predict turnover intention (t=2.523, P<0.05). Depression played a mediating role between social support and turnover intention (95% confidence interval:-0.0256 to -0.000 8). Conclusion Social support can influence turnover intention directly and affect turnover intention through depression, suggesting that depression plays a mediating role between social support and turnover intention. |
