| 本文通过深入分析玄府气液理论，并在玄府气液理论指导下探讨溻渍法的作用机制，初步解释溻渍法治疗诸多疾病的作用机制在于注重辛味药物通过肌肤毛窍、孔穴腠理等部位发散外邪，气血调和以直接宣通玄府气液通道，以及调燮五脏六腑之气以间接宣通玄府气液通道。 |

| Abstract: |
| This article gives an in-depth analysis of Xuanfu Qiye Theory and then discusses the therapeutic effect of wet-compress method based on this theory. The wet-compress method exerts a therapeutic effect on various diseases using pungent herbs to expel exogenous pathogenic factors through skin pores, acupoints, and striae of skin and muscles. This method can also regulate Qi-blood to directly open up the Xuanfu Qiye channel and regulate Qi of five viscera and six bowels to indirectly open up the Xuanfu Qiye channel. |
