| 米非司酮联合中成药及宫腔镜电切治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效分析 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨米非司酮联合中成药及宫腔镜下电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 收集我院于2016年1月至2016年12月间收治的120例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对照组行宫腔镜下肌瘤电切术，观察组在对照组基础上口服米非司酮联合中成药消结安胶囊，治疗后对两组患者疗效进行比较研究。结果 120例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者均顺利完成宫腔镜下肌瘤电切手术，与对照组比较，观察组术中出血量少、手术时间短、术后阴道流血时间短（P<0.05）；术后随访血红蛋白及月经量情况，两组患者较术前均有差异性（P<0.05）；观察组术后在血红蛋白、月经量改善、复发率等方面对比对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者术后均无严重并发症发生。结论 米非司酮联合中成药及宫腔镜下肌瘤电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤疗效显著，并能降低复发率，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Efficacy of Mifepristone plus Chinese Patent Medicine Combined with Hysteroscopic Electrotomy for the Treatment of Uterine Myoma |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone plus Chinese patent medicine combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy for the treatment of submucous uterine myoma.Methods The clinical data were collected from 120 patients with submucous uterine myoma who were admitted to our hospital from January to December, 2016. Those patients were randomly divided into control group (who underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy) and observation group (who were given mifepristone plus Chinese patent medicine (Xiaojiean Capsule) in addition to the treatment for the control group), with 60 patients in each group. The outcomes of the two groups were then compared.Results All of the 120 patients with submucous uterine myoma had a successful hysteroscopic electrotomy. Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly less intraoperative blood loss and significantly shorter duration of operation and postoperative vaginal bleeding (P<0.05); postoperative follow-up revealed significant changes in hemoglobin and menstrual volume for both groups (P<0.05); the observation group showed significant improvements in hemoglobin, menstrual volume, and postoperative recurrence rate compared with the control group (P<0.05); there were no serious postoperative complications in either group.Conclusion Mifepristone plus Chinese patent medicine combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy shows significant efficacy in the treatment of submucous uterine myoma with a reduced recurrence rate, making it a recommended treatment in clinical practice. |
