| 摘要: |
| 痫病病理因素主要涉及风、火、痰、瘀等，熊继柏教授治疗痫病主要从痰论治。本文主要以熊教授治疗痫病的两种证型为例：风痰闭阻证方用定痫丸加减以涤痰熄风，开窍定痫；痰火扰神证方用芩连涤痰汤加减以清热泻火，化痰开窍，临床疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: |
| The pathological factors of epilepsy mainly involve wind, fire, phlegm, and stagnation. Professor Xiong Jibo mainly proposes his treatment of epilepsy according to phlegm conditions. Modified Dingxian Pill is used in the prescription for the syndrome of stasis due to anemogenous phlegm to clear phlegm and stop endogenous wind and to open orifices and stabilize epilepsy; modified Qinlian Ditan Decoction is used in the prescription for the syndrome of phlegm fire disturbing mind to clear heat and purge pathogenic fire and to dissipate phlegm for resuscitation. The clinical effects of the two prescriptions are both significant. |
