| 本文探讨了《医宗金鉴》对岭南林氏正骨学术思想和临床应用的影响。林氏正骨流派在重视人体解剖结构，注重八法中摸法的精确运用，筋骨并治和内外相辅治疗等方面继承了《医宗金鉴》主要的学术思想，并在此基础上不断发展创新，独创了以"爆发力"为特色的南派正骨手法，推动了中医骨伤流派学术思想的传承与发展。 |

| This article investigates the impact of Golden Mirror of Medicine on the academic thinking and clinical application of Lingnan Lin's bone-setting. Lin's bone-setting pays attention to human anatomy and the precise application of touch skill, which is one of the eight bone-setting skills. It also inherits the main academic thinking of Golden Mirror of Medicine in terms of tendon-and bone-based treatment and a combination of internal and external therapies. Furthermore, Lin's bone-setting keeps innovating and invents the Southern school of bone-setting manipulation, which features explosive force. Lin's bone-setting promotes the inheritance and development of the academic thinking of traditional Chinese medicine traumatology. |
