| 摘要: |
| 目的 通过对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）稳定期的文献研究，探讨该病症状分布特点。方法 检索国内近20年现有期刊文献对COPD稳定期症状分布研究的有关报道，建立数据库，运用SPSS 19.0统计软件对数据进行描述和分析。结果 通过文献研究，共纳入331篇文献，涉及62种症状，包括全身症状、舌象和脉象三类。其中全身症状最常见的为咳嗽、气短、喘促、动则喘甚等；舌象分布最常见的为舌苔薄白、舌淡红和舌质紫暗等；脉象分布最常见的为脉细、脉沉细、脉弱和脉弦滑等。结论 COPD稳定期中医症状分布特点符合COPD稳定期虚、痰、瘀的病机特点，多为虚证或是虚实夹杂证的表现。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of symptoms in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) through literature research. Methods A literature search was performed to retrieve articles on the distribution of symptoms in stable COPD in the past 20 years in China and establish a database accordingly. SPSS 19.0 software was used to describe and analyze the data. Results A total of 331 articles were included through literature research, involving 62 symptoms that belong to systemic symptoms, tongue manifestations, and pulse conditions. The most common systemic symptoms were cough, short breath, rapid respiration, and severe asthma with little physical activity. The most common tongue manifestations were thin, whitish coating on the tongue, light-reddish tongue, and purplish dim tongue. The most common pulse conditions were thready pulse, deep thready pulse, weak pulse, and wiry-slippery pulse. Conclusion The distribution characteristics of TCM symptoms in stable COPD are consistent with the pathogenesis features of COPD, namely deficiency, phlegm, and blood stasis, and mainly manifesting as deficiency syndrome or syndrome of intermingled excess and deficiency. |
