卷丹百合化学成分抗肿瘤活性研究

摘要:
    目的 对卷丹百合化学成分进行抗肿瘤活性研究。方法 采用CCK-8法对百合中分离得到的对香豆酸、没食子酸、芦丁、β-胡萝卜苷进行体外抗肺癌细胞A549、胃癌细胞SGC-7901和HGC-27活性研究。结果 对香豆酸对肺癌A549及胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖具有较弱的抑制活性,高浓度400μg/mL的增殖抑制率分别为30.74%和33.32%,均表现出浓度依赖性。没食子酸对胃癌HGC-27细胞增殖具有明显的抑制作用,且作用随着浓度增大而明显增强,其最高浓度100μg/mL的抑制率高达79.90%。芦丁对肺癌A549细胞增殖具有弱抑制作用,高浓度200μg/mL的增殖抑制率为26.84%;其对胃癌SGC-7901、HGC-27细胞也有抑制作用,高浓度200μg/mL的增殖抑制率分别为35.63%和34.98%。结论 卷丹百合中对香豆酸、没食子酸和芦丁有抑制肿瘤活性作用,可为今后卷丹百合的开发和利用提供一定理论依据。

A Study on the Antitumor Activity of Chemical Constituents from Lilium lancifolium Thunb.

Abstract:
    Objective To study the antitumor activity of chemical constituents from Lilium lancifolium Thunb. Methods CCK-8 assay was used to investigate the in vitro antitumor activity of p-coumaric acid, gallic acid, rutin, and β-carotene, which were extracted from Lilium lancifolium Thunb., against the lung cancer cell A549 and the gastric cancer cells SGC-7901 and HGC-27. Results p-Coumaric acid showed a relatively weak inhibitory activity against the proliferation of lung cancer A549 cells and gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells, with inhibition rates of 30.74% and 33.32%, respectively, at a high concentration of 400μg/mL, showing a concentration-dependent characteristic in both cases. Gallic acid had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of gastric cancer HGC-27 cells, and the effect was significantly enhanced with the increase in concentration, with an inhibition rate of 79.90% observed at the highest concentration of 100μg/mL. Rutin had a weak inhibitory effect on the proliferation of lung cancer A549 cells, with an inhibition rate of 26.84% observed at a high concentration of 200μg/mL; it also had inhibitory effects on gastric cancer cells SGC-7901 and HGC-27, with inhibition rates of 35.63% and 34.98%, respectively, at a high concentration of 200μg/mL. Conclusion The constituents of p-Coumaric acid, gallic acid, and rutin from Lilium lancifolium Thunb. show some antitumor activities, which could provide a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.
