| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨先天性上睑下垂患儿术后在护士指导下进行弱视训练的疗效。方法 将先天性上睑下垂术后合并弱视的患儿随机分为护士督导组（实验组）和对照组，每组各50例，护士督导组在护士指导下进行健康教育、弱视训练并跟踪随访；对照组在无护士督导下进行弱视训练，观察两组的治疗效果及依从性。结果 两组患儿戴镜治疗依从性比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组患儿遮盖、训练、用眼习惯治疗依从性比较，实验组优于对照组（P<0.01）；实验组患儿疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 护土督导对治疗先天性上睑下垂术后弱视治疗依从性强，疗效显著，值得临床上推广应用。 |

| Efficacy of Training Guided by Nurses in Treatment of Amblyopia After Surgery for Congenital Ptosis in Children |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the efficacy of training guided by nurses in the treatment of amblyopia after surgery for congenital ptosis in children. Methods A total of 100 children with amblyopia after surgery for congenital ptosis were equally and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given health education and training for amblyopia under the guidance of nurses, while the control group was given the same treatment without nurses' guidance. Both groups were followed up to observe the treatment outcomes and compliance. Results There was no significant difference in the compliance with wearing glasses between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly better compliances with covering, training, and good habit in using the eyes (P<0.01) and a significantly better treatment outcome (P<0.01). Conclusion The nurses' guidance can ensure good compliance and has significant efficacy in children with amblyopia after surgery for congenital ptosis. Therefore, it holds promise for application in clinical practice. |
