| 中医最早记载痤疮方剂的著作是东晋葛洪的《肘后备急方》，多为外用剂。到了明清，有枇杷丸、黄芩清肺饮、枇杷清肺饮、颠倒散等。尤其是枇杷清肺饮、颠倒散经由《医宗金鉴》大型医学丛书载发，影响甚大，被尊为治痤的经典方药，沿用至今，当代许多治痤方药的发展亦多与此有渊源。 |

| Evolution of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions for Acne |

| Abstract: |
| The earliest traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescriptions for acne are recorded in Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies by Ge Hong in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and most of them are for external application. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were loquat pills, Scutellaria baicalensis decoction for lung-heat clearance, loquat decoction for lung-heat clearance, and Diandao Powder. Particularly, loquat decoction for lung-heat clearance and Diandao Powder, which are included in Golden Mirror of Medicine, have great impact and have been regarded as the classic prescriptions for the treatment of acne. They are also the sources of many contemporary prescriptions for acne. |
