| 摘要: |
| 目的 探究中医耳穴贴压对小学三-五年级学生屈光不正的临床疗效。方法 于2016年3月至2016年6月对海口市二十五小学三-五年级视力检测为屈光不正（远视、近视、散光）的368名小学生进行干预，采用分层抽样法与随机数字表法将所有受试者分为对照组与观察组，每组各184名，对照组患儿仅进行视力保健知识讲授与日常眼保健操保健干预，观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医耳穴压豆治疗，比较两组患儿治疗前后裸眼视力以及临床疗效。结果 两组患儿干预后视力均有提高，且观察组患儿治疗第6周及第12周视力均明显优于对照组（P<0.05），观察组患儿的临床有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在日常保健的基础上采用中医耳穴贴压对小学生屈光不正进行治疗，可有效提高患儿视力，临床疗效显著。 |

| Efficacy of Auricular Acupressure for Refractive Error in Grade 3-5 Students |

| Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure for refractive error in grade 3-5 students. Methods A total of 368 students (grade 3 to 5) with refractive errors (hyperopia, myopia, and astigmatism) from The 25th Elementary School of Haikou between March to June 2016 were included in this study. The students were randomly assigned to control group (n=184) or observation group (n=184) using the stratified sampling and random number table methods. The control group was given lecture on vision care and daily eye care exercise, and the observation group was given the same lecture and exercise as the control group plus auricular acupressure treatment. Uncorrected visual acuity before and after treatment and clinical response were compared between the groups. Results Visual acuity was improved after intervention in both groups. Furthermore, visual acuity on weeks 6 and 12 of intervention was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The clinical response rate was also significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Auricular acupressure in addition to daily eye care can effectively improve the vision of children and is an efficacious treatment for refractive error in elementary students. |
