| 摘要: |
| 抵当汤是《伤寒论》治疗阳明蓄血证的专方，后世医家对仲景原文里“抵当”的方名含义和关于描述神志异常的“喜忘”理解多有分歧，但其破血逐瘀之法治疗瘀血导致的痴呆及其他瘀血性疾病，仍然受到广大学者的推崇。目前关于抵当汤治疗瘀血阻窍型痴呆的临床研究有了一定的进展，其良好疗效得到肯定，后期更应侧重于基础研究，以期进一步阐明蓄血证理论对治疗瘀血阻窍型痴呆的指导意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| Didang Decoction is a special prescription for the Yangming blood stasis syndrome according to the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases. Physicians of later generations have made various interpretations on the meaning of "Didang" (a prescription name) and "Forgetfulness" (a description of abnormal mind) in Zhang Zhongjing's original text,but the method has been widely recognized by numerous scholars in treating dementia due to blood stasis and other blood stasis-induced diseases by activating blood and expelling blood stasis. Some progress has been made in the clinical research on the treatment of dementia with obstruction of the orifices due to blood stasis with the Didang Decoction; its efficacy has been confirmed; emphasis should be placed on basic research to intensify the guidance of the theory of blood storage syndrome for treatment of dementia with obstruction of the orifices due to blood stasis. |
