| 卢芳教授认为湿热血瘀型银屑病关节炎为外感风寒湿热之邪，内因血分燥热，内生湿热瘀毒，闭阻经络，气血瘀滞肌肤关节而发病，以清热利湿通络，凉血活血化瘀为主要治法，以法统方，自拟抑免汤治疗湿热血瘀型银屑病关节炎，临床疗效明显。 |

| Abstract: |
| In the opinion of Professor Lu Fang, psoriatic arthritis of damp-heat and blood stasis type is due to exogenous wind cold and damp-heat evil, internal cause of dryness-heat of blood, and endogenous damp-heat and stasis toxin, which cause blockage of meridians and collaterals and qi and blood stasis in the skins and joints to develop the disease. This disease is treated by clearing heat, promoting diuresis, and dredging collaterals as well as cooling blood, activating blood circulation, and resolving stasis as the main principle. Based on the law guiding prescription, self-made Yimian decoction has significant clinical efficacy in treating psoriatic arthritis of damp-heat and blood stasis type. |
