| 地方性中医药院校的生态位是在特定时期和特定生态系统中，中医药院校能动地与环境在相互作用过程中所形成的相对地位和状态。在生态位的视阈下进行地方性中医药院校的战略规划，有利于避免战略规划的趋同化、保持战略规划的先进性和可持续性。在错综复杂的竞争环境中，地方性中医药院校进行战略规划过程中要注重内部组织、外部环境及自身条件的平衡，适时地对院校战略规划进行调整，以保持生态位的稳定和扩展，实现院校核心竞争力的可持续性。 |

| The ecological niche of local traditional Chinese medicine colleges is the relative position and state in the process of interaction between the active Chinese medicine colleges and the environment in a specific period and specific ecosystem. It is conducive to avoiding the assimilation of strategic planning and maintaining the advanced nature and sustainability of the strategic planning to make the strategic planning of local traditional Chinese medicine colleges from the perspective of ecological niche. In the complex competitive environment, the strategic planning process of local traditional Chinese medicine colleges should pay attention to the balance among the internal organization, the external environment and the self conditions, adjusting the strategic planning of colleges appropriately to maintain the stability and expansion of the niche and achieve the sustainability of the core competitiveness of the colleges. |
