榄香烯注射液联合体外高频热疗治疗肺癌恶性胸水的回顾性研究 |

摘要: |
目的 观察榄香烯注射液联合高频热疗对肺癌恶性胸水及肿瘤标志物的临床效果。方法 采用回顾性分析的方法,统计我科收治的肺癌恶性胸水患者,按其治疗方法不同分为对照组30例与观察组30例。对照组采用榄香烯注射液静脉滴注,观察组在对照组的基础上加用高频热疗治疗。结果 对照组胸水改善总有效率60.0%(18/30),观察组83.3%(25/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后KPS评分评价稳定率比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CEA、CYFRA21-1较对照组治疗后明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 榄香烯注射液联合体外高频热疗治疗肺癌恶性胸水疗效较好,可改善患者生活质量、降低肿瘤标志物,无明显不良反应。 |

Retrospective Study of Extracorporeal High Frequency Thermotherapy Combined with Elemene Injection in Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion of Patients with Lung Cancer |

Abstract: |
Objective To study the tumor markers and therapeutic effect of high-frequency thermotherapy combined with elemene injection in treatment of malignant pleural effusion (MPE) in patients with lung cancer. Methods In the methods of retrospective analysis, lung cancer patients complicated with MPE come from our department were assigned into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (cases) according to the different treatment. MPE was released by closed drainage of the thoracic cavity in all patients. The control group was treated with elemene injection intravenous drip. High-frequency thermotherapy was given to patients in the observation group on the treatment basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of MPE improvement was 60.0% (18/30) in the control group and 83.3% (25/30) in the observation group, which showed significant difference (P<0.05). The stability rate by Karnofsky's performance scoring in the observation group were superior to those of the control group, showing significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the CEA and CYFRA21-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High-frequency thermotherapy combined with elemene injection showed better effect and no obvious adverse reaction in treatment of MPE in patients with lung cancer and could improve the quality of life of patients. |
