| 中医药联合EGFR-TKIs治疗非小细胞肺癌的Meta分析 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 运用循证医学的方法，评价中医药联合EGFR-TKIs治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Medline、Cochrane Library等数据库有关中医药联合EGFR-TKIs治疗非小细胞肺癌的文献，选出符合纳入标准及排除标准的文献。用Jadad量表对文献进行质量评分，并用Cochrane提供的Rev Man 5.3软件制作森林图和漏斗图。结果 本研究共纳入23篇文献，合计1 510例。Meta分析结果提示：与EGFR-TKIs单药相比，中医药联合EGFR-TKIs能够改善疾病控制率（RR=1.18，95% CI[1.11，1.25]，P<0.01）及生活质量（RR=1.39，95% CI[1.25，1.55]，P<0.01）。结论 中医药联合EGFR-TKIs治疗非小细胞肺癌较EGFR-TKIs单药疗效更佳。但漏斗图对称度欠佳，提示Meta分析存在偏倚可能。且由于纳入评价的文献质量普遍不高以及发表偏倚等因素，使本系统评价的证据强度欠佳，有待进一步进行大样本、高质量、多中心、方法学规范化的临床随机对照试验来证实。 |

| Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with EGFR-TKIs in Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: A Meta-Analysis |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with EGFR-TKIs in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer by evidence-based medicine. Methods The literature on traditional Chinese medicine combined with EGFR-TKIs in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer was searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang, VIP, Pubmed, The Cochrane Library and other databases. The papers were selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The quality of the literature was scored by Jadad scale, and the forest map and funnel plot were made by Rev Men 5.3 software by Cochrane. Results 1510 cases in 23 papers were included in this study. The results of Meta-analysis indicated that TCM combined with EGFR-TKIs could improve the disease control rate (RR=1.18, 95% CI[1.11, 1.25], P<0.01) and quality of life (RR=1.39, 95% CI[1.25,1.55], P<0.01) compared with EGFR-TKIs monotherapy. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with EGFR-TKIs is better than EGFR-TKIs monotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. However, the symmetry of funnel plot suggests that meta analysis may be biased. Because of the low quality of literature and publication bias, the evidence intensity of the system need to be confirmed by a large sample, high quality, multicenter, standard methodology of clinical randomized controlled trials. |
