| 全髋关节置换围手术期中医护理干预降低并发症发生率的系统评价 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 系统评价全髋关节置换围手术期中医护理干预降低并发症发生率的效果，为临床应用提供可靠依据。方法 通过检索国内、外大型数据库，万方、VIP、CBM、CNKI、Pubmed数据库及手工检索，经过严格的筛选，将纳入的随机对照研究运用Cochrane Handbook 5.1推荐的文献质量评价标准进行偏倚风险评估及质量评价，再运用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。评价肺部感染发生率、泌尿系感染发生率、深静脉血栓发生率、褥疮发生率、便秘发生率。结果 最终纳入8篇文献；Meta分析示肺部感染发生率：OR=0.27，95%的CI为[0.10，0.71]，整体效果检验Z=2.65，P=0.008；泌尿系感染发生率：OR=0.26，95%的CI为[0.10，0.71]，整体效果检验Z=2.63，P=0.009；深静脉血栓发生率：OR=0.21，95%的CI为[0.11，0.41]，整体效果检验Z=4.61，P<0.000 01；褥疮发生率：OR=0.14，95%的CI为[0.03，0.53]，整体效果检验Z=2.86，P=0.004；便秘发生率：OR=0.15，95%的CI为[0.05，0.44]，整体效果检验Z=3.41，P=0.000 7。结论 中医护理方法与常规护理方法相比能够降低全髋关节置换围手术期并发症的发生率。 |

| Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention in Reducing the Perioperative Complications after Total Hip Replacement: A Systematic Review |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on reducing the incidence of perioperative complications of total hip arthroplasty, and to provide reliable evidence for clinical application. Methods Big databases-Wanfang, VIP, CBM, CNKI, Pubmed were searced from June 2013 to December 2017. The randomized controlled studies were identified and evaluated by using the Cochrane Handbook 5.1 recommended literature quality assessment. A meta-analysis was conducted by Revman 5.3 software. Outcome evaluation indicators were the incidence of pulmonary infection, the incidence of urinary tract infection, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis, bedsores incidence, the incidence of constipation. Results Eight articles were included in this study. Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of pulmonary infection was OR=0.27, 95% CI was[0.10,0.71], overall effect test Z=2.65, P=0.008; incidence of urinary tract infection:OR=0.26, 95% CI[0.10, 0.71], the overall effect was Z=2.63, P=0.009; deep venous thrombosis:OR=0.21, 95% CI[0.11, 0.41], the overall effect was Z=4.61, P<0.000 01; the incidence of decubitus:OR=0.14, 95% CI[0.03,0.53], the overall effect test Z=2.86, P=0.004; constipation:OR=0.15, 95% CI[0.05,0.44], and overall effect test Z=3.41, P=0.0007. Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing, TCM nursing can reduce the incidence of perioperative complications of total hip arthroplasty. |
