| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨双黄花片对急性上呼吸道感染患者炎症因子和免疫功能的影响。方法 将72例受试者按1：1的比例，随机分为双黄花片治疗组和感冒清片对照组，疗程5 d；观察急性上呼吸道感染疾病的临床疗效，采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定血清炎症因子IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量，流式细胞仪（FACS Calibur）检测外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平。结果 经治疗后，治疗组疾病综合疗效明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗组患者血清炎症因子IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组患者的T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 双黄花片治疗急性上呼吸道感染有较好的疗效，可降低炎症因子水平，提高机体免疫能力。 |

| Effect of Shuanghuanghua Tablet on Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function in Patients with Acute Upper Respiratory Infection |

| Objective To explore the effect of Shuanghuanghua tablet on inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with acute upper respiratory infection. Methods A randomized method was used to divide 72 subjects into the treatment group (Shuanghuanghua tablet) and the control group (Ganmaoqing tablet), according to the proportion of 1:1, with a course of 5 days. The clinical efficacy of acute upper respiratory tract infection was observed. The serum inflammatory factors interleukin 2 (IL-2), interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin 8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) were determined by double-antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA. The level of T cell subsets of peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ was detected by Flow cytometry (FACS Calibur). Results After treatment, the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). The levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The T-cell subgroup CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Shuanghuanghua tablet has a good therapeutic effect on acute upper respiratory infection, which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the immune ability of the body. |
