| 目的 研究CCR5在三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）中的表达以及其对患者生存预后的影响。方法 使用免疫组化方法检测CCR5在62例三阴性乳腺癌癌组织标本中的表达水平，绘制Kaplan-Meier曲线分析CCR5表达水平对患者生存预后的影响。结果 在62例临床三阴性乳腺癌癌组织标本中，29例样本CCR5高表达，占样本总数的46.77%；33例样本CCR5低表达，占样本总数的53.22%。5年生存分析：CCR5高表达与三阴性乳腺癌患者5年生存呈负相关（P=0.0031<0.05）。结论 CCR5在中国湖南地区乳腺癌患者癌组织样本中均有表达，高表达CCR5提示患者预后较差，高表达CCR5可能促进三阴性乳腺癌进展及转移。 |

| Objective To investigate the CCR5 expression in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) tissue, and its impact on survival prognosis. Methods The CCR5 expression in 62 specimens of TNBC were determined by immunochemical staining. Kaplan-Meier estimate was used to analyze the survival prognosis of TNBC patients. Results 29 cases, accounted for 46.77%, showed high expression of CCR5, and 33 cases, accounted for 53.22%, showed low expression of CCR5. High expression of CCR5 was negatively correlated with the 5-year-survival rates of these TNBC patients. Conclusion In the triple negative breast cancer patients in Hunan region of China, CCR5 is expressed. The high level expression of CCR5 indicated bad survival prognosis. CCL5/CCR5 may promote TNBC progression and metastasis. |
