| 热敏灸结合PNF技术治疗脑梗死肩手综合征患者的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨热敏灸结合PNF技术应用于脑梗死后肩手综合征患者的临床效果。方法 抽取本院60例中风后肩手综合征患者，随机分为A、B、C三组，每组各20例，A组进行热敏灸治疗，B组采用PNF技术治疗，C组采用热敏灸结合PNF技术治疗，观察各组患者治疗前、治疗2个月后（全部疗程结束时）2个时点偏瘫上肢运动功能评分、VAS评分、日常生活活动能力评分（MBI）等的改善情况。结果 治疗后，三组患者的Fugl-meyer上肢运动功能评分、VAS评分、日常生活活动能力评分均较治疗前显著增加（P<0.01），C组较A、B组明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床研究证实，两种治疗方法在治疗中风后肩手综合征方面都有一定的效果，但是两组治疗方法联合应用的临床疗效更明显。 |

| Effect of Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion Combined with PNF Technology on Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after Cerebral Infarction |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with PNF technology on shoulder-hand syndrome after Cerebral Infarction. Methods Sixty selected patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, with 20 patients in each group. Group A was given heat-sensitive moxibustion, group B was treated with PNF technology, and group C was given therapy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with PNF technology. The Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment, VAS scores and index of activity of daily life in the three groups at two time points before treatment and after teatment for 2 months were observed. Results After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment, VAS scores and index of activity of daily life in the three groups were improved significantly than before treatment (P<0.01). The improvement in group C was more significant than those in group A and group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical studies show that both treatments have a certain effect in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction, but the combination therapy of the two treatment methods has more obvious clinical effect. |
