| 既济卦和未济卦是六十四卦中的最后两卦，既蕴坎与离之卦，又含水与火之象，水与火在中医学藏象理论上是心和肾的代表。从既济、未济卦的卦象和卦理来分析心肾交感与心肾不交与之的相关性，临床上心肾不交证主要表现为心肾阴虚阳亢证，因此以二卦象的卦理内涵和外延作为基础，对于心肾不交证中医辨证论治和遣方用药具有临床指导意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| The last two Gua in the Sixty-four diagrams are Already Fording and Not Yet Fording, which is not only the conjunction of Radiance and Gorge, but also the image of water and fire. Water and fire is representative of heart and kidney in TCM theory of Zangxiang. The correlation between manifestation and theory of already fording, not yet fording with disharmony of heart and kidney was analyzed. The clinical manifestation of cardionephric disharmony was the syndrome of Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of Yang excessive in heart and kidney. Therefore, connotation and denotation of two Gua as basis have profound guidance for the syndrome differentiation and medication of cardionephric disharmony. |
