| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察温肾健脾方对重症肌无力（MG）脾肾阳虚型患者外周血B淋巴细胞亚群、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、B淋巴细胞活化因子（BAFF）表达的影响。方法 入选脾肾阳虚型MG患者18例为观察组，同期健康体检者20例为正常对照组，采用ELISA法检测治疗前、治疗后IL-6、BAFF的水平，采用流式细胞术检测治疗前、后外周血B淋巴细胞亚群比率。结果 MG患者IL-6、BAFF表达明显高于正常对照组（P<0.01），温肾健脾方治疗1月后，MG患者IL-6、BAFF水平明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；MG患者治疗前、后CD19+CD27+细胞百分比分别为（1.04±0.24）%、（0.96±0.28）%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），CD19+CD27-细胞百分比分别为（3.02±1.12）%、（2.12±0.42）%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 温肾健脾方对MG患者有一定的免疫调节作用，其机制可能与降低外周血中未分化B淋巴细胞数量及BAFF、IL-6水平有关。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of Wenshen Jianpi decoction on the immunologic function in spleen-kidney yang deficiency patients with myasthenia gravis. Methods 18 MG patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency were selected as observation group and 20 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group in the same period. The levels of BAFF and IL-6 were measured by ELISA and the percentage of B lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry before and after treatment. Results The expression of IL-6,BAFF in MG patients were significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.01). After Wenshen Jianpi decoction treatment for 1 month, the levels of IL-6 and BAFF in MG patients decreased significantly (P<0.01). The percentage of CD19+CD27+ cells before and after treatment were (1.04±0.24)%, 0.96±0.28)%, the percentage of CD19+CD27- cells before and after treatment were (3.02±1.12)%,(2.12±0.42)%, the differences were ststistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Wenshen Jianpi decoction has exact effects on immune regulation in patients with myasthenia gravis, and the mechanism may be related to reducing the number of undifferentiated B lymphocytes and the levels of BAFF and IL-6 in peripheral blood. |
