| 苗药吉祥草对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者血清IL-1β、COX-2、PGE2水平的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察苗药吉祥草对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期患者血清白介素（IL-1β）、前列腺素（PGE2）、环氧合酶（COX-2）水平的影响。方法 将72例COPD急性加重期患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各36例。两组患者均给予氨溴索分散片及西药常规治疗；治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加服苗药吉祥草，疗程为15 d。观察两组患者治疗前后血清IL-1β、COX-2、PGE2水平的变化。结果 治疗15 d后，治疗组血清IL-1β、COX-2和PGE2明显下降（P<0.01），且明显低于对照组（P<0.05，P<0.01）。结论 苗药吉祥草能明显降低COPD急性加重期患者血清IL-1β、COX-2、PGE2水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To observe the effects of Miao Jixiangco on serum IL-1β, PGE2 and COX-2 in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods Seventy-two patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table, 36 cases in each group. Both groups were given ambroxol dispersible tablets and Western medicine routine treatment. Patients in treatment group were given Miao Jixiangcao on the basis of control group, the course was for 15 days. The changes of serum IL-1β, COX-2 and E2 in two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment for 15 days, the levels of IL-1β, COX-2 and E2 in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01), and were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion Miao ethnomedicine Jixiangcao could decrease the levels of IL-1β, COX-2 and E2 in serum of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD. |
