| 摘要: |
| 张涤教授认为疱疹性咽峡炎由内外因所致，外因为感受外邪，内因为湿热内生，外邪、湿热蕴结咽喉发为本病。病症初期证属外感风热，治以自拟方荆桔解表汤加减。病证末期，余邪未尽，治以泻白散加减。 |

| Abstract: |
| Professor Zhang Di thinks that herpetic angina is caused by internal (pathogen) and external factors (dampness-heat) accumulated in throat. In the intial stage, the syndrome wind-heat could be treated with self-made Jingjie Jiebiao decoction. In the last satge, pathogenic factor has not been eliminated completely, the disease could be treated with modified Xiebai powder. |
