| 早泄是临床常见的男性疾病，常与其他男性疾病（如勃起功能障碍，遗精病）并发，发病率仅次于男性勃起功能障碍，而在治疗方面却颇为困难。谭新华教授对早泄的中医病因病机、临床表现、证候分型、治法方药方面都有其独特的见解和心得，认为早泄之为病，其本在肾，制在肝，源在心，与肺脾相关，故早泄当从五脏论治。 |

| Abstract: |
| Premature ejaculation is a common male disease, often associated with other diseases (such as male erectile dysfunction, spermatorrhea) concurrent, after the incidence of erectile dysfunction, and the treatment for this disease is quite difficult. Professor Tan Xinhua has the unique view on TCM etiology and pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, syndrome types, therapeutic methods. He thinks that the essence of premature ejaculation is present in the kidney and the liver, the source of this disease is from heart, is associated with lung and spleen, so premature ejaculation can be treated from the five organs. |
