| 我国老年人口持续增长，老龄化问题加剧，传统养老方式遇到新挑战，需要建立健全以居家养老为基础，以家庭养老、社会养老和家庭与社会养老相结合为依托的多元化养老体系，探索出一条适合中国国情的养老道路。 |
