| 本文从眩晕入手，整理了黄政德教授从肝论治眩晕的病因病机理论，总结了其从肝论治眩晕的实践经验，并选取了其临床病案进一步佐证其从肝治晕遣方用药特色。黄政德教授在病机上强调眩晕皆肝风作祟，并与痰、瘀、虚、火有关，在治疗上强调以调肝为基础，辅以不同治法，调肝则风息晕定。黄教授治疗眩晕经验独到，值得推广学习。 |

| Abstract: |
| The practical experience from Huang Zhengde in treating vertigo through the liver was summarized, and the pathogeny and pathogenesis theory was also compiled. Some clinical medical records were selected to proof the medication characteristics in treating vertigo through the liver. Professor Huang Zhengde stressed that liver wind was the key pathogenesis of vertigo, witch was also correlated with the phlegm, blood stasis, deficiency and fire. Regulating the liver as the basis was emphasized in the treatment of vertigo, supplemented by different therapies, then the vertigo was relieved. The unique experience from Professor Huang in treating vertigo is worthy of popularizing. |
