| 摘要: |
| 心肌微血管病变是糖尿病心肌病的主要病理机制之一。本文就微血管和中医之“络”的结构、生理及功能等方面进行比较，认为两者具有类同性；并由此进一步探讨心肌微血管病变与“久病入络”的病理关联性，认为微血管病变可归属中医“络病”范畴，糖尿病心肌病具有“久病入络”病机特点。从而为糖尿病心肌病的治疗提供新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Microvascular lesions is one of the main pathological mechanisms of diabetic cardiomyopathy. The micrangium and the "collateral" of TCM in terms of structure, physiology and function were compared to search the relevance of microvascular disease with "persistent illness entering collaterals" pathogenesis of TCM. Microvascular disease can be attributed to the category of "collateral disease" of TCM, thus diabetic cardiomyopathy has the characteristics of "persistent illness entering collaterals" pathogenesis. This conclusion can provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy. |
