| 糖肾1号方对糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者VEGF活性及炎症因子的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨糖肾1号方对糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）及炎症因子活性的影响。方法 腹膜透析2个月以上的糖尿病肾病患者50例，随机分成治疗组26例和对照组24例，两组均采用常规腹膜液腹膜透析，治疗组加服糖肾1号方。采用放射免疫分析法检测用药前及用药8周后患者血清BUN、Cr及CRP水平；ELASA方法检测治疗前后血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平及血清和透析液VEGF活性的变化。结果 治疗组用药后血清BUN、Cr及CRP水平较对照组和用药前均显著降低（P<0.05或P<0.01），血清IL-1、IL-6及TNF-α水平较对照组和用药前均显著降低（P<0.05或P<0.01）；治疗组用药后血清和透析液VEGF活性较对照组及用药前均显著降低（P<0.01）。结论 糖肾1号方能降低糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者血清及透析液中VEGF活性及炎症因子浓度，可改善微炎症状态。 |

| Objective To study the effect of No.1 Tangshen decoction on the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) activity and inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic nephropathy peritoneal dialysis. Methods 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were given peritoneal dialysis for more than 2 months were randomly divided into treatment group (26 cases) and control group (24 cases). The two groups were received peritoneal dialysis, the treatment group was additionally administrated with No.1 Tangshen decoction. The levels of BUN, Cr and CRP in serum of patients before treatment and after 8 weeks by radio-immunitywere analyzed. The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α, and the changes of VEGF activity in serum and dialysate were determined by ELISA. Results The levels of BUN, Cr and CRP in serum of treatment group showed a significant decrease compared with control group and before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). After treatment, the activity of VEGF in serum and dialysate of treatment group decreased significantly than control group and before tretment (P<0.01). Conclusion No.1 Tangshen decoction could decrease the level of VEGF and inflammatory factors in serum and dialysate, and improve micro-inflammatory state. |
