| 疾病发生不外正气与邪气的斗争，而老年人正气渐虚，故常易发病，且常五脏互相累及，相兼为病，本文结合《内经》五脏气之"五气所病：心为噫，肺为咳，肝为语，脾为吞，肾为欠为嚏"，从"气"的角度，结合《内经》五脏气探讨老年人五脏病变之病机。 |

| Abstract: |
| The development of diseases is nothing more than the conflict between healthy Qi and pathogenic factor. Due to gradrually deficiency of healthy Qi in the elderly, the oneset of diseases is more common among them. The five internal organs often influence each other. In this paper, the elderly pathogenesis of five internal organs lesions were discussed from Qi combined with five internal organs Qi in Neijing. |
