| 摘要: |
| 目的 通过对中成药处方的规范性与用药合理性进行综合分析，进一步规范中成药处方的开具，促进中成药的合理应用。方法 抽取新疆医科大学第四附属医院2015年1月-2015年12月中成药处方22 652张进行点评，对不合格处方进行分类统计分析。结果 22 652张点评处方中，不合理处方1 203张，处方不合理率为5.4%，我院中成药处方在临床疾病和中医证型诊断、用法用量、处方书写、不适宜处方等方面存在问题。结论 处方点评是了解临床用药水平的重要手段，开展中成药处方点评发现问题，早期干预，有利于不断规范中成药临床应用，提高药学服务质量。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To standard the prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine and promote rational drug use by comprehensive analysis. Methods Randomly choose22652 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine for analysis and conduct statistical analysis on unqualified prescriptions. Results In the 22652 prescriptions, there were 1203 prescriptions irrationally prescribed, with a prescription rate of 5.4%. There are problems in diagnosis of TCM clinical diseases and TCM syndromes, useage dosage, prescription writing and inappropriate prescription. Conclusion Comments on prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine are benefit to normalization the prescriptions and improve the quality of pharmaceutical service. |
