| 八脉交会穴，是奇经八脉与十二经脉经气相交通的八个腧穴。笔者从明代杨继洲《针灸大成》中的“八脉交会八穴歌”追本溯源，从腧穴主治作用、所属经脉循行和病候及与奇经八脉的关系三个方面进行提炼，为临床应用八脉交会穴提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| Eight confluent points are transported by eight extra-meridians and twelve meridians. This paper traces the origin of "the poems of eight confluent points" in Zhenjiu Dacheng written by Yang Jizhou in Ming Dynasty. It is discussed from the main therapeutic effect of acupoints, the meridian circulations and symptoms and the relationships with eight extra-meridians in three aspects, in order to provide the theoretical basis for clinical application of the eight confluent points. |
